Duke Offshore Limited's board has approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Avik George Duke resigned as Managing Director and Director following the company's acquisition by Aspect Global Ventures. The board appointed Mr. Ashutosh Janak Kumar Thakar as an Executive Whole-Time Director, along with five other new Additional Directors, including three Independent Directors. Concurrently, five other directors and the Chief Financial Officer also resigned. As a result, the board reconstituted its Audit, Stakeholder Relationship, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees to reflect the new composition. This reshapes the company's governance and strategic direction post-acquisition.
