Supreme Petrochem reported Q1FY27 revenue of ₹1,692.7 Cr (+22.1% YoY), but sales volume dipped 24.5% to 70,842 MT due to halted exports and softened non-OEM demand. The company is actively expanding: EPS 2nd phase is complete, XPS capacity is boosting (72K to 122K cu meters), and Compounding capacity is increasing (50K to 80K TPA). A new 80K TPA Polystyrene line is approved, targeting 380K TPA total by March 2029.

Recent geopolitical conflict in West Asia disrupted Styrene supply, forcing SPL to find alternate sources and halt exports. Increased imports post-duty suspension also impacted market share. Financially, Operating EBITDA surged 188.1% to ₹330.5 Cr (margin 19.53%), and Net Profit soared 192.1% to ₹236.3 Cr (margin 13.96%). EPS stood at ₹12.57. SPL remains debt-free with ₹874 Cr surplus. Management noted persistent high and volatile Styrene prices and weak non-OEM demand, despite improved Polystyrene-Styrene margins.
