    Transrail Lighting's board declared an interim dividend of ₹3/share. It approved raising up to ₹600 Cr via QIP and a ₹40.09 Cr investment in its UAE subsidiary. Strategic expansion into drones, solar, EV charging, and data centers was also approved.
