This joint venture with IUAD Pesten Pvt Company from Italy aims to establish a world-class campus in Hosur, India. The campus will provide internationally recognized education and skill development in various design disciplines, including Footwear, Textile, Fashion, and Jewellery. Kothari Industrial Corporation holds a 51% stake in the new subsidiary, having invested ₹2.55 crore for 25,50,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. This move expands the company's operations into the design education sector.
