ACC Limited — PPTs, 28-07-2026: Investor Presentation
Ambuja Cements (consolidated) reported Q1FY27 revenue of ₹9,500 Cr, down 8% YoY. EBITDA declined 19% YoY to ₹1,589 Cr, but showed an 8% QoQ improvement. Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹660 Cr, lower YoY and QoQ mainly due to significant one-off tax benefits from mergers in the prior quarter; normalized PAT stood at ₹595 Cr.
The company achieved a ₹206 per tonne sequential cost reduction, battling higher fuel and packaging costs from the West Asia conflict. A strategic focus on value over volume drove trade sales to 78% (up 4pp YoY) and blended cement to 85% (up 5pp YoY). Premium products held steady at 34% of trade sales.
Capacity is expanding from 109 MTPA to 119 MTPA by FY27, with several new grinding units commencing trial production. Management is optimistic about India's economic growth and infrastructure spending. The company targets a further ₹250 per tonne cost reduction in FY27 and aims for 60% green power share by FY28.
