This makes Fintellix, a specialist in risk, supervisory, and data analytics solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICRA. The move strengthens ICRA's offerings in software products & services, fully integrating Fintellix's proprietary data platform. Fintellix reported a turnover of INR 93.3 Cr for FY26, highlighting its operational scale. This acquisition enhances ICRA's tech capabilities.
