Grob Tea completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Bazaloni Group, a tea manufacturer with Rs 52.78 Cr turnover and Rs 6.88 Cr net profit. The Rs 72.16 Cr cash deal aims to expand and strengthen Grob Tea's presence in the tea industry.
