Velox Shipping and Logistics Ltd — Important, 28-07-2026: Company Update

VELOX SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS has signed an addendum agreement to acquire an approximate 40.89% strategic stake in Seaman Logistics Solutions for about 11 Cr. This move aims to expand Velox's operational capacity and strengthen its market position in the logistics sector. Velox, along with its subsidiary Anchorage Shipping, will collectively hold approximately 68.78% initially, with plans to acquire the remaining stake over three years. Seaman Logistics, engaged in freight contracting and shipping agency services, reported a turnover of 50.87 Cr and profit of 1.20 Cr for 2024-25. This acquisition is not a related party transaction.
