VELOX Shipping & Logistics has signed an addendum to strategically invest in Divinus Express Logistics, acquiring approximately 33.56% for about Rs. 5 crore. Divinus, a logistics firm, reported a turnover of Rs. 15.12 crore and profit of Rs. 0.30 crore in 2024-25. This move aims to expand VELOX's operational capacity and strengthen its market position. Including its 98% owned subsidiary Anchorage Shipping, VELOX's total investment in Divinus will secure approximately 80.56% stake, signifying a significant push into the logistics sector.
