TMT (India) Limited's open offer has concluded. Acquirers accepted 7,62,990 equity shares at Rs. 10 each, valued at approximately 0.76 Cr, securing 15.40% of the company's equity. This was less than the initial offer for 12,87,988 shares (26.00%). Post-offer, Yoga Builders, Scaffold Properties, and MDK Properties collectively hold 33,79,200 shares, translating to a significant 68.21% stake. Consequently, these entities will become the new promoters of TMT (India), marking a major shift in the company's ownership and leadership structure. Existing promoters will be reclassified as public shareholders.
