Nimbus Projects Limited's Board has approved converting its existing partnership firm, IITL-Nimbus, The Express Park View, into a private limited subsidiary named IITL Nimbus The Express Park View Private Limited. NPL, which holds 95% capital in the firm, will maintain a 95% equity shareholding in the new real estate entity. This move formalizes NPL's significant stake in real estate development, covering residential, commercial, and other projects. NPL will receive 10,23,750 equity shares, valued at Rs. 1.02 Cr, in the new subsidiary, streamlining its operational structure and enhancing control over this key business segment.
