Nimbus Projects Limited has approved the conversion of its partnership firm, IITL-Nimbus, The Hyde Park Noida, into a private limited company called IITL Nimbus The Hyde Park Private Limited. This strategic move makes the new entity a subsidiary, with Nimbus Projects holding 66.67% equity. The subsidiary will continue its core business in real estate development, encompassing construction, acquisition, and management of residential and commercial projects. Nimbus Projects will receive 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, equivalent to a capital contribution of Rs. 0.25 Cr. This streamlines the company's structure and strengthens its presence in the real estate sector.
