DAVANGERE SUGAR's board approved increasing authorized capital to Rs 450 Cr (from Rs 200 Cr). They also greenlit converting promoter loans worth ~Rs 40.12 Cr into 10.5 Cr warrants (Rs 3.82/warrant) and setting up overseas subsidiaries. All actions are subject to shareholder approval.
