Prestige Estates Projects (PRESTIGE) has fixed August 13, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of ₹2/- per equity share for FY2025-26. This dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on August 20, 2026, will be distributed to eligible shareholders on or before September 18, 2026.
