AGI Greenpac Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on July 28, 2026 that based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has recommended to the shareholders for their approval, to appoint Mr. Shashvat Somany (DIN: 10058462) as a Director, and further as the Joint Managing Director of the Company (designated as a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel), liable to retire by rotation, for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 1st October, 2026
