The company's board has announced its decisions from a recent meeting. The 45th Annual General Meeting will be held on 25th September, 2026. A record date of 18th September, 2026 has been set for determining shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY 2025-26, if approved at the AGM. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five years, following audit committee input. Additionally, Dr. Himanshu C. Patel has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a three-year term starting 1st August, 2026, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's review. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
