    MAS Financial Services announced its board approved Q1 consolidated PAT of 110.15 Cr (+27% YoY) & AUM of 16,122.75 Cr (+21% YoY). A final dividend of ₹0.75/share was proposed. Director Darshana Pandya's re-appointment also approved for shareholder vote.
