Borana Weaves revamped its compliance team: the Secretarial Auditor resigned. Kunjal Dalal was appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor, Practising Company Secretary, and Scrutinizer. Ishant Jain also joins as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The board will seek a waiver for a past NSE fine.
