The company's board has re-appointed Mr. K.V. Aiyappan as a director. Subject to shareholder endorsement, Mr. A.K. Sabesan and Mrs. Revathi Sureshkumar have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second continuous five-year term, effective from September 30, 2026.
