KIFS Financial Services has informed shareholders about the impending transfer of certain equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This applies to shares where dividends have remained unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years. The company has already transferred dividends up to March 31, 2018. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from March 31, 2019, onwards have until November 2, 2026, to claim them.
