    Syrma SGS Board approved consolidated Q1 results: Revenue Rs 1588.62 Cr, PAT Rs 105.69 Cr. They also approved raising up to Rs 1000 Cr via QIP and re-appointed Sandeep Tandon as Executive Chairman for 5 years (shareholder approval pending).
