K-Lifestyle & Industries' Committee of Creditors has approved a 90-day extension for the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process to finalize valuations and allow more time for resolution plan submissions. In a key decision for the bidding process, the CoC will not disclose the company's fair value in the Information Memorandum at this stage, aiming for a more competitive environment. Notably, the Resolution Professional agreed to forgo professional fees of ₹1.31 Crore, reducing total CIRP costs to approximately ₹3.91 Crore.
