TeamLease Services reported strong Q1FY27 results, with total revenue up 6% YoY to ₹3,056 Cr and Profit After Tax (PAT) surging 38% YoY to ₹34 Cr. Earnings Per Share (EPS) also jumped 31% YoY to ₹21. While consolidated EBITDA grew 3% YoY to ₹32 Cr, operating business EBITDA was up a robust 18% YoY, supported by specialized staffing and operational efficiency.

Growth was largely fueled by Specialised Staffing, which saw revenue climb 21% YoY to ₹188 Cr, with 67% originating from Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The segment also added 40 new client logos, including 15 GCCs. General Staffing revenue increased 5% YoY to ₹2,797 Cr, though it continues to face headwinds from BFSI and softer hiring trends. The RegTech business turned positive and is expected to contribute meaningfully to profits.

The company completed a ₹238 Cr share buyback and maintains a healthy net free cash position of ₹350 Cr. They also divested a 30% stake in Crystal HR for portfolio rationalization. Management noted that while GCC demand is a key driver, a slowdown in global IT/tech spend poses a risk.
