    Boss Packaging's board approved raising authorized capital to Rs 6 Cr & a Rs 2.45 Cr preferential warrant issue (6.45 lakh warrants @ Rs 38) to promoters. MD Manishbhai Brahmbhatt's tenure was extended 3 years. Annual results for FY26 approved. AGM set for Aug 26.
