As a result, Novartis AG is reclassified from promoter to public shareholder, with WaveRise and Fund X now holding control. The board saw substantial restructuring, with six directors resigning, including the Chairperson and CFO. Six new directors were appointed, comprising three non-executive and three independent members, reflecting the company's new leadership and strategic path.
