ECS Biztech Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Mr. Rakesh Ramanlal Shah and Komal Infotech Private Limited have initiated an open offer for ECS Biztech Limited. This follows their agreement to acquire 65.42% of the company's shares, totaling 1.34 Cr shares, for Rs 3.04 Cr at Rs 2.26 per share from the promoter group. The open offer allows public shareholders to tender up to 53.44 lakh shares, representing 26% of the company, at Rs 10.50 per share, amounting to Rs 5.61 Cr. This transaction ensures the acquirers gain full control of ECS Biztech, but they have no plans to delist the company.
