EFC (I) Ltd — Important, 29-07-2026: Company Update

EFC (I) Limited's material wholly-owned subsidiary, EFC Limited, along with its step-down subsidiaries EFC Estate Marisoft 1, EFC Estate Marisoft 2, and EFC Estate Wakadewadi GF Private Limited, have decided to withdraw their proposed Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger. This decision was made after considering legal, operational, and overall business considerations, deemed to be in the best interests of the companies. An application to officially withdraw the scheme will be filed. This means the previously planned corporate restructuring involving the demerger will not proceed.
