Boss Packaging's Board approved increasing authorized capital from ₹5 Cr to ₹6 Cr and raising ₹2.45 Cr via warrants to promoters. The annual financial results for FY26 were also approved, and MD Manishbhai Brahmbhatt was re-appointed for 3 years. The AGM is scheduled for August 26.
