P.M. Telelinnks' board noted the completion of M/S. BSL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.'s acquisition of 4.83 Cr equity shares, representing 48.03% of the company's capital at Rs 6.20 per share. This transaction makes BSL INFRASTRUCTURE the new promoter and grants it control.
