    RPG Life Sciences spun off its API business to WOS RPGAP for ~Rs. 33.55 Cr. RPGAP secured Rs. 243.33 Cr from investors for ~40% stake, targeting up to Rs. 700 Cr for API growth. RPGAP also acquired Actis Generics for Rs. 80 Cr, boosting its API segment.
