    RPG Life Sciences transferred its API business to a new subsidiary, RPG Active Pharma, which secured an initial INR 243 Cr from InvAscent. RPGAP will acquire Actis Generics, aiming to expand manufacturing and product portfolio with total investments up to INR 700 Cr.
