The company has published newspaper advertisements regarding the impending transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education & Protection Fund (IEPF) account. This action is taken for shares where dividends have remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years, making them eligible for transfer to the IEPF. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from fiscal year 2018-19 onwards must claim them by November 01, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of these shares to the IEPF.
