Recently, Kamdhenu operationalized a 5 MWp captive solar plant in Rajasthan (June 2026), expected to save ₹4-5 Cr annually in energy costs.

Financially, Q1 FY27 Profit Before Tax (PBT) jumped 27.4% to ₹36.4 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 33.9% to ₹28.7 Cr. The company continues with a zero-debt status. For FY26, the board announced a dividend of Rs. 0.4 per share, awaiting shareholder nod.
