M&M's Board has approved merging its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mahindra Investment Company (Mauritius) Limited (MICML), with itself. This strategic move aims to simplify the group structure by cutting down overseas entities, boosting resource efficiency, and lowering operational & compliance costs. Since MICML is 100% owned by M&M, no new shares will be issued. This means existing M&M shareholders won't see any dilution, as the focus is on organizational synergy.
