Maruti Suzuki India Limited — Important, 30-07-2026: Commencement of commercial production/operations

Maruti Suzuki commenced commercial production at its fourth Hansalpur, Gujarat plant, adding 250,000 units/annum. This expands the facility to 1 million units (India's largest single-location PV plant) and total capacity to 2.9 million units/annum. Plant D will initially produce the e VITARA BEV. Total Hansalpur investment is ₹25,288.7 Cr.
