Gothi Plascon's board approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting revenue from operations of 1.33 Cr and a profit of 0.68 Cr, with basic earnings per share at 0.67. Following the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's suggestions, Mr. Sanjay Gothi was appointed Managing Director and Mr. Pranay Gothi as Additional and Whole-time Director, each for three years, pending shareholder approval.
