La Opala RG has set August 20, 2026, as the record date for its proposed dividend of Rs. 5.00/share (250%) for FY25-26. Shareholders on record by this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the 39th AGM on August 27, 2026. This date also determines eligibility to vote and attend the AGM. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days.
