Mankind Pharma announced strong Q1 FY27 results. Revenue rose 12.9% to INR 4,031 Cr, with EBITDA up 24.7% and PAT 29.1%. Domestic business (ex-CH) grew 11% led by chronic segment and BSV specialty. Exports surged 29%, driving healthy margin expansion.
