    Thermax Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Thermax has announced a board meeting where Q1 consolidated revenue grew 7% to Rs. 2,303 Cr, but PAT plunged 85% to Rs. 22 Cr due to a Rs. 91 Cr project cost overrun. Order balance surged 23% to Rs. 14,045 Cr. Strategic subsidiary mergers/demergers were also approved.
