Global Health's Board approved Q1 financials, reporting Rs. 1,304.05 Cr revenue and Rs. 157.25 Cr profit. They declared a Rs. 0.50/share dividend (subject to AGM). The Guwahati hospital's bed capacity will increase from 400 to 650 (Rs. 970 Cr project), and a Chief Digital Officer was appointed.
