Rainbow Children's Medicare's board met today, approving Q1 results: Consolidated Revenue at ₹470 Cr & PAT at ₹62.5 Cr. The company is expanding with a new Mumbai hospital & acquiring 64% of a Nellore hospital for ₹19.8 Cr. Anshuman Jaiswal is now Chief Legal Officer.
