Medanta (Global Health) delivered a robust Q1 FY27! Total Income surged 26.2% YoY to 1,326.2 Cr, fueled by strong patient volume growth (In-patients +27.7%, Out-patients +34.5%). EBITDA (ex-Noida) climbed 23.9% to 320.1 Cr, with margins at 25.8%. PAT came in at 157.3 Cr, slightly impacted by a one-off gain in Q1 FY26.

Noida hospital is ramping up fast, with income at 85.5 Cr and EBITDA loss significantly narrowed to 4.9 Cr. International patient revenue grew 23% to 78.2 Cr, and OPD Pharmacy revenue jumped over 50% to 60.9 Cr. Medanta added 72 beds, pushing occupancy to ~63%, and onboarded 70+ new doctors.

The company plans a massive ~4,850 Cr capex over 5 years for major expansion, including new hospitals in South Delhi, Mumbai, and scaling Guwahati to 650 beds. Focus remains on bed growth, clinical talent, tech, and continuum of care to sustain growth.
