Tata Steel Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tata Steel's board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated financial results. The company okayed a ₹33,873 Cr capex for 4.8 MTPA steelmaking expansion at subsidiary NINL. It also approved acquiring an additional 23% stake in JV TMILL for ₹335 Cr, raising its holding to 74%.
