KG Petrochem Ltd — Important, 30-07-2026: Company Update

KG Petrochem's board approved its FY26 Board's Report and proposed a 3.5 Cr Corporate Guarantee for Suave Casa Ideas Private Limited, a related promoter entity. This guarantee, requiring shareholder approval, will incur a 0.5% annual commission and be a contingent liability. Shareholders will also vote on re-appointing Managing Director Mr. Manish Singhal, Whole Time Director Mrs. Prity Singhal, and Chairman cum Whole Time Director Mr. Gauri Shanker Kandoi at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, following committee advice, the board decided to appoint Mr. Anjal Kejruwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director, pending shareholder consent.
