Cosmic CRF has been declared the successful resolution applicant by the Committee of Creditors for acquiring M/s Amzen Transportation Industries Private Limited. This acquisition, awaiting National Company Law Tribunal approval, will secure 100% shareholding in Amzen. Amzen manufactures complete Railway Wagons and has a 72.50-acre facility. This strategic move strengthens Cosmic CRF's pan-India manufacturing footprint by establishing a new base in Western/Northern India. The consideration options are ₹ 2284.00 Crores over 12 months or an NPV of ₹ 266.5703 Crores within 90 days, following NCLT approval. Amzen's last reported turnover was ₹ 0.11 Crores.
