Gowra Leasing & Finance Limited's shareholders, at the 33rd Annual General Meeting, approved significant financial authorizations. The Board is now empowered to undertake material related-party transactions, including borrowing up to 32 Cr from related companies and 33 Cr from directors, at an interest rate not exceeding 12% per annum. Additionally, the overall borrowing limit for the Board has been raised to 100 Cr. Shareholders also approved the continuation of Shri Pallapotu Sobhanadri as a Non-Executive & Independent Director, post-75 years of age.
