Data Patterns acquires 100% of ST Advanced Composites (STAC) for Rs. 1.50 Cr. This strategic move brings STAC's expertise in RF-transparent radomes and defence composite solutions in-house. It enables Data Patterns to vertically integrate its radar electronics business, reduce external dependency, and capture better margins. The acquisition expands Data Patterns' ability to offer integrated subsystem solutions, boosting its addressable market per program by an estimated 1.3–2.0x and strengthening its aerospace and defence footprint.
