PVV Infra Ltd — Important, 31-07-2026: Company Update

PVV Infra Limited has secured two Letters of Award from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) for developing, operating, and maintaining Wayside Amenities in Madhya Pradesh on a Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) basis. These projects, located on the Gwalior–Jhansi and Ujjain–Garoth corridors, carry a combined annual lease rent of ₹2.49 crore. The Ujjain site is strategically important, anticipating high pilgrim and tourist traffic for the 2028 Simhastha Kumbh Mela. The company also has four other technically qualified bids pending, signaling its expansion in India’s highway amenity program.
