Jtekt India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 31-07-2026: Record Date

JTEKT India has set August 7, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend. Shareholders holding equity shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of INR 0.75 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if approved at the Annual General Meeting on August 26, 2026. Payment of the dividend, if declared, will be made within 30 days of the AGM.
