ESAF Small Finance Bank's board approved Q1 FY27 standalone financial results, reporting a net profit of ₹80.08 Cr and total income of ₹1,346.01 Cr. The bank also raised ₹85 Cr in Tier II capital and allotted 2.89 lakh ESOP shares.
